Travel and adventure are back. Our travel season is slowly picking up speed and our team is working hard to ensure a smooth season for all our adventurers.

Without a doubt, we've received more bookings this spring than ever before. And the desire to experience new adventures and discover new trails is greater than ever.  

I can absolutely understand that, because I am grateful to finally be able to meet my colleagues from Great Britain or the USA in person again, after online meetings for a (far too) long time.

Plan ahead – relax on the go

Since many guests have already booked their adventures for this year, it is advisable to start planning your trip a little further in advance. Some of our trips are already fully booked for certain dates, such as almost all trips in Great Britain for June, the hike around Mont Blanc , which only has a relatively short window of opportunity in the summer anyway, as well as the hike on the Alta Via 1 in August and September, or the Heidschnuckenweg through the Lüneburg Heath in August.

Hut-to-hut hikes are often particularly affected, as there are naturally a very limited number of overnight accommodations. Therefore, I recommend you plan your trip as soon as possible!

Around Mont Blanc - This hike is very popular! If you're looking for an alpine experience, we recommend browsing our other alpine hikes. 

Important information for your journey

After these difficult years, our partners may unfortunately be experiencing staff shortages, which could mean it takes longer to spontaneously arrange a taxi or a table reservation for your dinner! Therefore, we recommend that you take care of the details of your trip well in advance.

The accommodations were consistently well-chosen, both in terms of their distance from the hiking trail and the quality of the rooms; I generally encountered friendly hosts, and I found the breakfasts, especially in Trier and Bernkastel-Kues, to be exceptionally
good (highly recommended). The luggage transfer worked flawlessly, and all the information sent arrived perfectly on time and was very helpful for trip preparation. I had previously purchased a good guidebook, which
complemented the package nicely, but the Moselsteig trail is so well signposted that the descriptions from Abenteuer Wege would have been perfectly sufficient. I would book any future hiking trip through them again. Thank you very much.
